 The Primal Pro Series Glute Ham Developer (GHD) is multi-adjustable for both length and height, allowing trainers to set their perfect position. GHD’s are widely regarded as a must use machine in most strength and conditioning programmes for hamstring, glute, and posterior chain training.

The Primal Pro Series GHD has been engineered in 3mm commercial-grade steel and powered coated in a Matte Nero/Grigio finish.
